How does it work?

The datacentre we utilise is in California, east of Los Angeles. The data center is powered by 120 solar panels which generate all the electricity. The Solar is owned and operated by the Datacentre to power California's first and only solar-powered hosting company.

According to the Solar Panel Manufacturer , the solar panel system will eliminate the production of: 9KG of Carbon Dioxide (CO2/GHG) per year, 2.6KG of Nitrous Oxide (NOX/smog) per year, and 0.22KG of Sulfur Dioxide (SO4/acid rain) per year. This is the equivalent of planting 3.5 acres of trees per year or driving a vehicle for about 24,000 miles per year.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP SOLAR WEB HOSTING ACCOUNTS?
Due to the nature of the Solar hosting system please allow at least 72 hours for ordered hosting accounts to become live, once live we will send to you (via email) all the relevant user and log-in details you will need to use and manage your Solar Web Hosting.
If you have not received your details within 72 hours please contact support@solarwebhost.net with the domain name and your "client Area" username as a reference.
